Alex Horley
The minute I've seen Horely's art I liked it . It is very different in style from comics I've seen before and the various coloring techniques and media he use in his drawing create beautiful lush art .
This lovely lady is called Libby in the comic "Latischa of the lost world" Drawn , Painted ( and I think also written ) by Horley ( appeared at the no longer published Penthouse comix ) .
