Joe Madureira
At the age of 16 he already worked for Marvel Comics and penciled the Uncanny X-men , during this period he had developed his own style ( which up until then was Arthur Adams clone ) .
He became such a good artist that he quit Marvel to pursue his heart desire and created his own title "Battle Chasers" , a dragons & dungeons type of comic with sci-fi elements .
Madureira art in "Battle Chasers" is nothing short of superb , visualizing an intresting different world with attention to small details and creating various characters/creatures . Tom McWeeney inks complement the penciled art and help create the final stunning image .
Its hard to believe we'll see more "Battle chasers" comics as apparently Joe left the drawing business to pursue a video game career , I can't blame him as I too would rather play games all day .
