Wally Wood
Wallace wood will be remembered as one of the most productive and versatile comic book artists , as a penciler and inker he worked on thousands of stories , most known is his detailed science fiction artwork for EC "Weird Science" that he did at his 20's , rendering for "Mad" magazine and freelancing various stories for many comic books publishers .
In his last 15 years he worked on various self published projects such as "Cannon" and "Sally Forth" which is my favorite .
At the age of 54 in November 1981 Wally Wood died after committing suicide by gun shot .
