 do not be alarmed by the long frightening name , this book is one of the best drawing guides for the human body that can stand in one line with the popular Hogarth books . In fact I found this book to be very helpful on its own and complimenting other anatomy for artists books , while I read all Hograth's like Dynamic Figure Drawings and Dynamic Anatomy I found many new tips and pointers in this book . The book deals with every part of the human body with great detail ( even areas that are sometimes over looked like the genitals and the palms of the feet ) , every thing is accompanied with illustrations that demonstrate the text and very helping arrows that let you see clearly what text relate to what part of the illustration ( unlike some other books where you need to search or guess what information a specific illustration trying to convey ) . I can not recommend this book enough , even if you read other books this book is top drawing anatomy book that will teach you new things > Drawing the Human Body : an Anatomical Guide at Amazon.com .
