how-to books > How to Draw Comic Book Heroes and Villains By Christopher Hart
My opinion of Mr. Hart & co. books is still the same , they all seem to have no real content or information for a beginner or and advanced artist , luring with an attractive cover - I was wrong .. about the cover . In this title we suppose to have a focus on drawing heroes and villains , while on the subject in beats around the bush in a useless way . For beginners it doesn't go into anatomy , perspective , drawing tips , or anything inspiring for that matter . And advanced artists surely don't need it for the lame ideas it offers . So what is it good for ? And then there is the artwork itself , the samples are mediocre at best and far from inspiring . One would expect from a "How to Draw" book to employ artist that really know .. "How to Draw" , the few good tips and samples ( to the left )are not worth the price of admission . Another lame excuse for a book > Copyright © Christopher Hart . All rights reserved . |
