Winnowill from Elfquest.

: That elf picture was done by a guy who goes by the name The Magician. He had a site some time ago (7 or 8) years with lots of these types of elves on it. (The elves from the old comic Elfquest) He also had bestiality art on his site too.
After a quick Google search I came up with his site
